Dim Sum, literally meaning "to touch your heart," is a unique culinary art that originated in China hundreds of years ago. Like a buffet on wheels, the dim sum that are consists of delicate dishes are kept warm on portable trolleys and pushed around the room by a lady to each table. If you don't know what a dish is, ask or simply point to something that looks tempting. So let the senses be your guide!
